The city of Rendsburg is located in the center of Schleswig-Holstein on the Kiel Canal and the historic Ochsenweg. With almost 30,000 inhabitants, it is one of the largest cities in the federal state and is also a regional center, the economic hub of the region, and the location of many important institutions that are often known beyond the city borders.
